Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Drop-off is by appointment so Dennis can confirm the work, timing, and any parts needed before you make the trip.

Can I bring my own grips, shafts, or other components?

Yes. Customer-supplied components are welcome, or Ankeny Golf Works can help source the grip, shaft, ferrule, or adapter you need.

Is the online estimate my final price?

It is a working estimate based on the services and quantities you select. Dennis confirms club condition, parts, availability, timing, and the final quote before work begins.

Do I pay when I submit a request?

No. The form sends your service details for review; no payment is collected online.

Is rush service available?

Rush service is available when the schedule allows for an additional $15 per request. Dennis will confirm availability before the work is accepted.
